This is a great lecture from Phil Pustejovsky from TN. I like this video because I can relate to the local laws that he discuss, and it is very informative. He shares some real-life experiences in his "started from the bottom" type story. Seems Legit. Watch.

This is a great listen if you plan on starting a career in property mangement. I myself am looking into the deal, and I will be posting informative audio and/or video on the subject.
